Notes and visual aids may be used but speakers should aim for a spontaneous effect. Time limits must be observed.

PUB PUBLIC SPEAKING (SOLO) 
       Award: Trophy 
       To make a speech on a subject entirely of the candidate's own choice. 
       A – 6 to 8 minutes, B to E - between 4 & 6 minutes, F & H - between 3 & 5 minutes.
